School about profit margins, not education

School isn't designed for education, its all about profit margins I've polished it while keeping the core message and criticisms intact, but with stronger grammar, structure, and credibility: Whilst paying over $7,000 per year for this school, you would expect resources and opportunities designed to help students excel. However, during my time here, the school has done little but cut funding across various departments. Parents are paying private school fees yet receiving benefits comparable to those of a standard public school. The sporting programs are average at best, and the CAPA (Creative and Performing Arts) opportunities are extremely limited. Recently, the annual school production was cancelled because the school did not want to fund it. How are students supposed to pursue and express their passions when opportunities like this are taken away? Although most teachers are excellent and genuinely care about their students, the executive staff are another story. Many come across as rude, entitled, and completely disconnected from the student experience. They seem more concerned about whether a student is wearing the correct socks than about their education or wellbeing. Too often, their interactions leave students feeling uncomfortable, undermined, and unsupported. The school also shows very little concern for students experiencing bullying or mental health challenges. Reports of bullying are frequently disregarded, and students struggling with mental health issues often receive inadequate support. A few years ago, I had a friend who was dealing with an extremely difficult home life, moving from house to house and facing significant personal challenges. The school was fully aware of his situation, yet instead of providing meaningful support, they expelled him. Since then, his life has continued to deteriorate, and he has unfortunately had multiple encounters with the juvenile justice system. While the school cannot be held responsible for everything that happened afterward, their lack of support during a critical period certainly did not help. The school also refuses to offer opportunities such as foreign exchange programs or overseas trips, experiences that are available at many other schools. The justification is often the amount of paperwork involved. Managing that paperwork is part of the school's responsibility, and students should not miss out on valuable educational experiences because the administration is unwilling to organise them. Finally, while the new school developments have resulted in modern classrooms, the outdoor and recreational spaces are disappointing. There is almost no greenery anywhere on campus, aside from one small corner. The majority of the school consists of uninviting concrete areas that feel sterile and uninspiring. A school environment should support student wellbeing, and that includes providing attractive outdoor spaces where students can relax and recharge

Glendale Tellapur genuinely takes care of its staff. Their career growth is supported through a structured teacher training programme, and with an expansive campus spread over 11 countries, there are opportunities to learn and grow within the organisation. The job security is also stable. This is a long-term institution, definitely worth building a career in.

Dunne Technology Acad Elementary School

You hit my son people, Need To Know

My son, Luis, attended Dunne Technology Academy as a child with special needs. Sadly, our experience was deeply disappointing and heartbreaking. In my opinion, the school was not prepared to properly support a child like my son. I felt that the teachers, staff, and administration did not have the training, patience, or commitment necessary to meet his needs. Instead of helping him feel included, I often saw him excluded from activities and field trips. As his mother, I was always available and willing to accompany him to any event if additional support was needed, yet opportunities for inclusion were still denied. The most painful part of our experience occurred when a staff member, Mr. Sanders, struck my son on the arm, leaving a bruise. As a mother, seeing that injury on my child was devastating. What hurt even more was feeling that the incident was minimized and denied rather than properly addressed. I reported what happened and expected accountability, protection, and concern for my son’s well-being. Instead, I felt unsupported and unheard. Because of this incident, I immediately removed my son from the school. No parent should ever have to wonder whether their child is safe at school, especially a child with special needs who depends on adults for protection, understanding, and compassion. A year has passed, and I still carry the pain and disappointment of what happened. The bruise eventually faded, but the memory of seeing my child hurt and feeling powerless to obtain justice has never left me. Children with disabilities deserve dignity, inclusion, patience, and protection. They deserve adults who will advocate for them, not dismiss their experiences. I have chosen to share this review because I believe parents have a right to know about our experience. My hope is that no other child or family will have to endure what we did. Justice may not always come when we want it, but I believe that truth matters, and that every person is ultimately accountable for how they treat the most vulnerable among us.

worst school oat. bad teachers, bad year level, stupid rules, was depressed, only good thing was the facilties. bad expensive canteen. ugly uniform,everyone is strict and boring and mean. hated waking up. dont reccomend please dont send your kids here. its hell on earth. please listen to this xoxoxo.

International Chinese School

Terrible Support by the school/teacher, Very Disappointed

The lack of adequate support has been a major disappointment. The assistance provided by the school and teachers is weak, unhelpful, and fails to meet basic expectations. I cannot recommend this due to the poor level of overall service.

Mandurah Baptist College

Hope Sports Department has improved...

Teacher unfairness at an all time high in the sports department... The Wilcox teachers were the most unprofessional among all and I hope they no longer work there. Mrs Wilcox on one hand inserted herself in drama among young females across most of the grades and seemingly favoured the young men. I have too many examples I will just provide one, pulling girls out of different classes to 'have a chat', because we had told other teachers the troubles she was causing us. Let me tell you, it was not a chat. There was no listening involved because she couldn't see what she had done wrong just ended up yelling and saying even nastier comments. She could never keep composure and I am not trying to villainise her, but this behaviour was repeated until we didn't have to be in her classes. Even when reported by parents, nothing changed, did the school even take action? So quick to punish student though? Mr Wilcox as well, short man syndrome and witnessed him scream in someone's face telling them to shut up (multiple times). I will not write every story but please know incidents like this were regular and I do not hold resentment but the school must be accountable for the actions they do not take. How can children be disciplined so often but teachers not? And a humanities teacher who told an entire atar class that others in the year group would not make it in life because they weren't in atar classes...Navigating adolescence is such a crucial period of development, navigating relationships, identity etc. is challenging enough, some days we would get sick notes or not go to school to avoid classes. I also want to acknowledge that I had mostly incredible teachers who made my time at Mandurah Baptist wonderful, overall it was a great high school experience I just wish I had the confidence and skills I do to report misconduct.

Enkindle Village School

I have no idea how this place is still open

My child was at this school for just over 2 years and my personal experience during that time is as follows; Within the 2 years my child was at the the school they had 3 principals and they are now onto their 4th (we left in Feb 2026 and it’s currently June 2026). The school also has gone through an Absolutely unfathomable amount of staff within the less than 10 years that it’s been opened majority of past staff will tell you that the governance of the school was their reasoning behind leaving the school. The school is run by a board (of mostly parents) that have no qualifications or experience in primary education or child safety and wellbeing. When the board does put out the feelers out for new board members instead of seeking members with a background in primary education or other relevant skill sets, they want individual with experience in PR and law. Which speaks for itself. The way the school advises its self and the values they boast publicly about having is not the reality i experienced within the school community. This school preaches democracy but it’s a dictatorship run at the hands of people with no relevant skill set. They will use legal intimidation, gaslighting and lying to scare and silence people into not speaking up. There’s multiple former families and staff members that have been made to sign NDA’s after leaving the school. In my opinion Enkindle has issues with being culturally insensitive and also struggles to mitigate child safety risks. I ended up terminating my child’s enrollment after I attended a Supreme Court application hearing as a member of the public between the Enkindle board (TISAI) and a former family of the school. As soon as I left the court house I picked my child up early and never took them back due to not deeming the school to be a safe environment to leave my child anymore. Unqualified board directors are able to make decisions that negatively impact children and also impact qualified educators as they please due to how the constitution and enrolment contracts are written. There’s many amazing teachers at this school but they’re exposed to so many psychosocial hazards with how the school governance is set up. There are many past and present members of the school community that feel like they cannot speak up due to fear of retaliation from the board. Majority of the time if you see a positive review or experience that someone is sharing about the school there’s a very high chance that the person has some kind of conflict of interest that positively benefits them and their experience at the school. For example, they’re sharing their experience at the school with a bias opinion due to them being a board member themself, being a family member of a board member, they’re a staff member at the school, or they’re close friends with someone on the board. The school is so rampant with conflicts of interest that multiple of the above can be occurring at the same time. In the past there’s been individuals who are immediate family members of board directors, while also being paid employees of the school while also being parents of children at the school. I honestly haven’t no idea how this school is still open.

Royal International Public School, Mallapur

Very bad experience

I had a very disappointing experience with this school. I was not paid my salary for the month of May. Instead, a PF amount of ₹800 was shown in the records, with ₹600 listed as the employee contribution and ₹200 as the employer contribution, even though I did not receive a single rupee as salary for that month. Due to unavoidable personal and family reasons, I had to resign. However, the management withheld one month's salary and pressured me to continue for the next academic year. I was even made to sign documents indicating that I would continue, despite clearly informing them that I could not do so because of my family circumstances. I resigned at the beginning of May itself so that the school would have enough time to find a replacement teacher. Unfortunately, the management was unwilling to provide my experience certificate, and I had to repeatedly request it before finally receiving it. The work environment was very unpleasant, with little respect or value given to teachers. The management's attitude was rude and unprofessional. Overall, it was a highly disappointing experience.

I'm writing this review as a substitute teacher who worked at the college on numerous occasions in 2024 and 2025. I will make three general observations based on my experience. Firstly, the school generally has good learning facilities and a beautiful chapel, but lacks green, shady spaces for students to enjoy - a stronger connection to nature is needed. Secondly, there is an overarching sense of entitlement among the students, including those in the later years, although a considerable number of the students are polite and even helpful towards visitors. Unfortunately, I had a most unpleasant experience at this school on one occasion, when some Year 11 boys sprayed me with water and laughed about it. Lastly, I experienced regular issues with laptops losing charge during the day - a laptop charger should be provided with the device, or else old devices should be replaced with laptops that have more effective batteries. Maybe this issue has been rectified in 2026 - let's hope so.
